About Me
My name is Amy Smythe. I live in Memphis with my husband Brooks and our two fun loving children, Garner (5) and Ward (1). Brooks and I both love to cook. He likes to cook on the Big Green Egg and I'm more of a sous chef in this house. Follow this blog and maybe you can enjoy cooking like us. I have a system of preparing meals for one week so that we don't eat out at the last minute, although it is nice NOT to cook every once in a while. We have to be prepared, as we both work full time jobs. One less thing to stress over, right? Yeah right!
